How i can design my own workout routine?

I need to follow more intense workout routine the same as proffessional footballers follow.The proffessional players usually train from 4 to 6 hours a day.My lifestyle workout routine is practicing from 40m to 1 hour a day.I need to change it, Is there any designed workout routine offer workouts for 4 to 6 hours a day? I'll be appreciate if someone offer it to me.Otherwise, How can i designe my own routine?, Since a long time i used to workout for one hour a day my body is fine with that, I don't know if my body will bears the effort of all these hours practicing, Do you recommend me to go to a doctor to check out my body firstable?.

Please help.
